Teachers play a key role in influencing the future not only of students, but of the country and world as a whole. What contributes to teacher effectiveness? A former professor of mine at the University of Louisville, Dr. John Keedy did an excellent research article about teachers effectiveness is based on leadership of Principals. This I believe impacts any line of business. If positive and impactful leadership is not the backbone of any organization then systems crumble. Teachers’ effectiveness is nurtured by their principal who focuses on developing effective teachers.
